Google is now a more safe place for children to search in. With the launch of Google safe search option you can filter adult content and sexually explicit website from the search results google returns, in image and web searches, providing a more safer search engine.
With this feature google gives you more parental control over what your children do on the internet. This Safe search option will als be a blow to the I’m Halal search engine launched a few days back targeting to get Muslim traffic. Safe search will also serve to settle Google’s issues with China(who has repeatedly accused goolge of not filtering explicit content).
To enable search you will have to first log in with your google account and then click the Search settings option on top right corner. There you will have to make the level of filtering strict and lock the Safe search. Now when you will search you will see the results with some coloured balls.
