The train, at least, is simply one video clip run forward, then backward, and then repeat. The others are genuine optical illusions.

these didn’t work for me. The train cars only appear to be moving in both directions because the image is only 2 cars moving back and forth on the screen. The sea plane? What’s that about nothing looks unusual there to me at all. No dots disappear, neither do disks rotate. I don’t get it. Sorry
